Hoya Vangviengiensis is a rare and captivating species discovered in Vang Vieng, Laos in 2010, with additional sightings in Yunnan Province, China in 2015. This unique Hoya shares similarities with Hoya carnosa, featuring clear sap and a preference for growing epiphytically on smaller, moss-covered branches in shaded limestone areas.
When in bloom, Hoya Vangviengiensis showcases stunning white flowers that are not only powerfully fragrant but also impressively long-lasting, often remaining open for over a week.
