Sansevieria are a group of upright growing, low maintenance, and air purifying plants. If you're new to houseplants or just want a variety that doesn't require much water or light, then the snake plant is perfect. this plant can vary in shade of color but tends to be a dark green.

Sansevieria Care Tips

Light Level: Low to Bright Indirect

Humidity: Low to High

Water: Allow to completely dry out between waterings.

Medium: Peat-based.

This plant is struggling a little. I'm not sure it will survive.
Note: The people at B&B are working to correct.

Sort of a dark green, definitely not black as in your photo. Will it get darker? How?
Otherwise looks healthy and is a good size.!

I expected to be a little darker but it's a pretty little guy
